Business Background
Before entering real estate, I helped lead two successful flooring companies. GCO Flooring Outlet was a national franchise I launched in the Quad Cities, and Carpetland USA was a respected family-owned business where I oversaw operations for over a decade. Each generated more than $4.5M in annual sales. That experience sharpened my skills in execution, team leadership, vendor negotiations, and understanding how real estate decisions impact the bottom line.
